Ingredients: 2-4 leaves red kale 4 eggs hard-boiled 2 tbsp mayo I used Tessemae's all natural Chesapeake mayo 2 easter radishes 1 green onion
Directions: coarsely chop hard boiled eggs in a bowl using a fork
dice radishes and green onions.
add to bowl with mayo. Mix with fork
rinse and dry red kale leaves
scoop egg salad mix into kale leaves
garnish with extra radish and green onion
serve and enjoy!
