Ingredients

  • 2-3 bison stew bones
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1 quarter yellow onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 5-7 sprigs parsley can sub 1 tsp dried
  • 5-7 sprigs cilantro  can sub 1 tsp dried
  • 2 quarts water

Instructions

  • add all ingredients except water to large soup pot
  • add water and cover. Make sure ingredients are covered and there are about 2 inches of water above the vegetables.
  • simmer on low for 4-16 hours
  • serve and enjoy!
