Ingredients:

cup
Bakhti Chai concentrate (unsweetened decaf)
2
frozen bananas
1/2
tsp
chia seeds
1/4
cup
coconut milk
Dash cinnamon
Dash cardamom
Instructions
Directions:
set frozen bananas out to defrost for about 10 minutes then peel
throw all ingredients into a blender or food processor
pulse until smooth
sprinkle extra cardamom on top (optional)
serve and enjoy
