Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 3/4 oz mezcal aged
  • 3/4 oz tequila silver
  • dash agave syrup
  • ice and salt for serving optional

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients over ice in shaker and shake until well combined
  • Pour over salt-rimmed glasses with large square ice cubes

Notes

You can easily double, triple, or quadruple this recipe. 
 
This is a great batched cocktail. For large parties just mix 2 parts lime juice to 1 part each tequila and mezcal. Stir in a pitcher with ice and then strain into a larger container (removing the ice) to save in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
